Social Media Manager

 

We are looking for a Social Media guru to join our team! If you have minimal experience we encourage you to still apply, we are looking for a driven, enthusiastic individual who is looking for a long term position and grow within an agency. This part-time/casual position is available to start immediately.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Social media strategy – You’ll be executing amazing content across Facebook and Instagram, aimed towards driving sales and engagement. It’s not all about the aesthetics of the feed, but what’s going to make customers tick and take actions.

  • Advertising, Analysis and Reporting – Have you met Facebook Ads Manager before? Well, you’re about to as we will be providing you with expert training! You’ll be responsible for executing advertising strategies, understanding key metrics, meeting client KPIs and generating monthly reports for your clients.

  • Copywriting – Picking up a tone of voice and switching between them will become a part of your daily grind. You’ll also have great attention to detail, excellent grammar/spelling/punctuation and the ability to write engaging captions.

  • Content planning, creating and publishing – Any experience in the Adobe Suite will be advantageous, as will have a natural eye for design and creativity. 

  • Account management – You will have excellent professional communication skills (written and verbal) and be able to respond to requests asap. This also includes seeing the account daily to manage stories + community management.

  • Good eye for design, branding and aesthetics

  • Ability to work autonomously (whilst we love to help support and train you, we also want you to be able to work independently

  • If you like production this is a bonus as you will have the opportunity to be involved with this!

Studio Manager/Personal Assistant

 

We are looking for a list-obsessed body to join our team! This part-time/casual position is available to start immediately with the potential to grow to full-time in 2021. We are looking for somebody that can wear many hats, somebody that will be an effervescent addition to a small but growing team. They will be responsible for the successful management of client communications, ensuring an unparalleled level of service is always delivered.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Client Relationship: Managing day to day client relationships and outputs, ensuring the client’s expectations are always exceeded

  • Project Management: Development and ownership of task and project briefs, timelines and project budgets, including booking & communication with contractors and other team members

  • General Admin

  • Process Management: Ensuring processes are always adhered to and recommendations for improvements are suggested

  • Support: Provide support and client updates to the Director

Key attributes include: ​

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
