Rubik Agency is a boutique digital content and social media marketing agency in Melbourne. We work with a number of exciting national and international brands across the fashion, corporate and real estate realm.
We are currently looking for creative, energetic and likeminded bodies to join our team! These positions are based in Melbourne, working closely with our director and clients & would best suit someone who is able to pivot quickly depending on what the day looks like.
Social Media Coordinator
We are looking for a fashion obsessed creative genius to join our team as Social Media Coordinator! This causal position is available to start immediately for somebody that is organised & reliable, with the flexibility to work from home.
Key responsibilities:

Daily tasks (Monday - Sunday) - Community Management & posting stories

Weekly tasks (Monday or Tuesday) - Updating stats document
-
Ad Hoc (Monday - Sunday) - Scheduling high-profile influencer content, story requests from client & posting reels (1-2 per week)

These tasks will total 3-4 hours per week, spread out over 7 days
Technical Skills:
-
Programs we use are later.com, Gorgias, Asana and Canva. Prior experience would be helpful otherwise these will be taught to you.
